View the Appointments for
Today
1. Tap > Calendar.
2. Tap
Menu > Go to Today.
To view your agenda for a specic
date, tap Menu > Go to Date. Tap
the date to view.
Use Tasks
The task list is your “things to do”
list. A task that has been marked
as high priority is preceded by an
exclamation mark, and a low priority
task is marked by a downward-
pointing arrow. Overdue tasks are
displayed in bold red.
Create a Task
1. Tap > Tasks > Menu > New
Task.
2. Enter the task name and details,
and tap OK.
Mark a Task as Completed
1. Tap > Tasks.
2. Select the task to mark complete,
and tap Complete.
To change the task back to
incomplete, tap Activate.
Find a Task
1. Tap > Tasks.
2. Tap
Menu > Sort by and select a
sort option or Menu > Filter and
select a category.
