Cell Broadcast viewer is an application which you use with the Cell Broadcast
Service (CBS) to view the messages and to subscribe to topics of interest. In areas
where CBS is provided, you can receive short messages on various topics such as
taxis, weather, service provider services, and directory enquiries.

To start or stop receiving CBS messages, in the main view of CBS viewer, press
Reception on or Reception off.
