Setting Message Reminders
When new messages arrive, you can choose to have
yourphone notify you by playing an audible alert.
1. Press > Settings > Messaging >
Message Reminder.
2. Select Text Message, Picture Mail, Voicemail,or
Voice SMS.
3. Select Repeat orRinger Length.
4. Select a setting and press .

Setting a Callback Number
With this feature, you can notify yourrecipients of your
callback numberwith a text message.
1. Press > Settings >Messaging > Callback Number.
2. Select None, My Phone#, orOther. (If you select Other,
entera callback numberand press .)
Adding a Customized Signature
Add a customized signature to each message you send.
1. Press > Settings > Messaging > Signature.
2. Select On. (If you do not wish to attach a signature to
youroutgoing messages, select Off.)
3. Enteryoursignature in the Text field. (See “Entering
Text”on page 27.)
4. Press .
Managing Preset Messages
Yourphone is loaded with twenty preset messages, in
English and in Spanish, to help make sending text
messages fasterand easier.These messages, such as
“Where are you?,”“Let’s get lunch,” and “Meet me at,”
can be customized to suit yourneeds oradd your own
messages to the list.
