Auto-Answer Mode
Set yourphone to automatically answerincoming calls
with an optional hands-free device orin speakerphone
mode. Remember, yourphone will answercalls in Auto-
Answermode even if you are not present.
1. Press > Settings > More... > Call Setup>
Auto-Answer.
2. Select an option and press .

Call Answer Mode
Select how to answerincoming calls on yourphone:
whetheryou want to be required to press , to press
any numberkey, orsimply to open the phone.
1. Press > Settings > More...> Call Setup >
Call Answer.
2. Select Talk Key, Any Key, orFlip Open.
Side Key Guard
This feature enables you to lock external keys while the
phone is closed.
1. Press > Settings >More... > Side Key Guard.
2. Select On orOff.
Tip
You can deactivate this feature temporarily by
pressing and holding the volume key while the
phone is closed.
Note
This feature does not apply when the phone is
open.
Tip
While My Favorites list is displayed, press Options
(right softkey) to customize the list according to your
needs.
