Voice-Only Voicemail Access
This chapter describes how to manage your DiVitas Server voicemail account by dialing
the DiVitas Server. These procedures are not performed using the Voicemail screen.
Signing In to the DiVitas Server Voicemail System
To sign into your DiVitas Server voicemail account, use one of the following methods.
Signing In from Your Extension
Method 1
1 Access the DiVitas Dialer screen. (See “Accessing the DiVitas Dialer Screen” on
page 25.)
2 Select Options > Call voicemail.
3 When prompted to enter your password, enter your DiVitas voicemail password.
Method 2
1 Dial *97.
2 When prompted to enter your password, enter your DiVitas voicemail password.
Signing In from Another Device
To sign into your voicemail from another device:
1 Dial *98.
2 When prompted to enter your user name, enter your DiVitas Client extension number.
3 When prompted to enter your password, enter your DiVitas Server voicemail
password.
