When the voice tag is successfully saved, a beep sounds, and Voice tag saved is displayed. appears after the phone
number with a voice tag in Contacts.
Managing voice tags
You can check, edit, or delete the saved voice tags.
Press Menu, and select Contacts → Voice tags. Select the contact with the voice tag that you want to hear, change, or delete.
Making calls with voice tags
If the phone has an application running that is sending or receiving data using the (E)GPRS connection, you must end the
application before using voice tags.
1. In standby mode, press and hold the volume-down key, or press and hold the selection key
. After a short tone is
heard, Speak now is displayed.
2. Speak the voice tag clearly. The phone plays the voice tag if it is recognized, and dials the phone number of the voice tag
after 1.5 seconds.
If you are using a compatible headset with a headset key, press and hold the headset key to start voice dialing.
Info numbers and service numbers
Your service provider may have included information numbers or service numbers in your SIM card.
Press Menu, and select Contacts, Info numbers, or Service numbers. Scroll through a category to an information number, or to
a service number, and press
to call the number.
My numbers
The phone numbers assigned to your SIM card are saved in My numbers if this is allowed by the card. To view the numbers,
press Menu, and select Contacts → My numbers. Scroll to the desired name or number, and press View.
Caller groups
You can arrange the names and phone numbers saved in Contacts into caller groups. For each caller group, you can set, for
example, the phone to sound a specific ringing tone, and show a selected graphic on the display when you receive a call
from a phone number in the group.

Press Menu, and select Contacts → Caller groups and the desired caller group.
You can select from the following options:
• Group name—Key in a new name for the caller group, and press OK.
• Group ringing tone—Select the ringing tone for the group. Default is the ringing tone selected for the currently active
profile.
• Group logo—Select On to set the phone to display the group logo, Off not to display it, or View to view the logo.
• Group members—Press Add to add a name to the caller group. Scroll to the name that you want to add to the group, and
press Add.
To remove a name from a caller group, scroll to the name that you want to remove, press Options, and select Remove
contact.
