Locking Ready Link Calls
With this feature, you will not be able to make or receive Ready Link
calls.
To lock the Ready Link calls:
1. From the Security Menu (see “Accessing the Security Menu” on
page 68), select Othersand press .
2. Select Lock Services and press .
3. Select Ready Link and press .
4. Select Locked and press .

To deactivate this feature, select Unlockedduring
step 4 above.
Tip:The Ready Link/Memo button ( ) will be used as a memo button in Ready
Link locked state.
Changing the Lock Code
To change your lock code:
1. From the Security Menu display (see “Accessing the Security
Menu” on page 68), select Others and press .
2. Select Change Lock and press .
3. Enter a new lock code (“1234” for example).
4. Reenter the new code.
Calling in Lock Mode
You can place calls to 911 and to your special numbers when in lock
mode. (For information on special numbers, see “Using Special
Numbers” on page 72.)
To place an outgoing call in lock mode:

phone number and press .
