files on your device. Quickoffice supports
viewing Microsoft Office Word (.doc and .docx), Excel
(.xls and .xlsx), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pps, and .pptx), and
text (.txt) files.
Viewing Documents, Presentations, and
Spreadsheets
Make sure you have copied the files to the device’s
microSD card before you open Quickoffice.
1. Press and tap > Quickoffice. (You may
need to scroll down the screen to see the icon.)
2. Tap the file you want to open.
3. Drag on the screen to scroll horizontally or to flip
through the pages of the file.
4. While viewing a file:
Ⅲ Spread or pinch the screen to zoom in or out or
use the zoom controls on the screen to zoom in
or out.
Ⅲ For Excel files, press and then tap Worksheet
to view other worksheets in the file.
Ⅲ For Word and PowerPoint files, tap a URL link to
open the Web page in the browser.
Tip: In the Open file screen, press and tap Sort to sort the
list by name or date.
