General information
• PIN2 code: This code may be supplied with the SIM card and is required to access some functions,
such as charging unit counters. If you enter an incorrect PIN2 code three times in succession, you
are asked for the PUK2 code.
• PUK and PUK2 code: These codes may be supplied with the SIM card. If this is not the case, contact
your service provider.
• Barring password: The barring password is needed when using Call barring service in the Security
settings menu (see page 55). You can obtain this password from your service provider.
■ Typographics used in this user’s guide
The texts that appear on the phone display are printed in blue, for example Calling.
The display texts related to the selection keys and are printed in bold blue, for example
Menu.
