Saving names and phone numbers
Press Names in standby mode and select Add name. Key in the name (see Writing
text on page 28) and press OK. Key in the area code and phone number, and press
OK.
If you want to use the phone number while abroad, press twice (for a +
character) and then key in the country code, area code (omit the leading 0, if
necessary) and phone number.
Quick save: In standby mode, key in the phone number, press Options
and select Save. Key in the name and press OK.
Erasing names and phone numbers
Press Names in standby mode and select Delete. Select One by one to delete the
names and numbers one by one or Delete all to delete all the names and numbers
from the phone book.
Copying names and phone numbers
Press Names in standby mode and select Copy. Press or to select the
copying direction. Select One by one to copy the names and phone numbers one at
a time or All to copy them all at once. Select whether you want to keep the
original names and numbers (Keep original) or erase them (Delete original).
• If you selected One by one, scroll to the name you want to copy and press Copy.
• If you selected All, start the copying by pressing OK when Start copying? is
displayed.
