Incoming call alert: You can select the way the phone notifies you of incoming calls. For
example, if you select Off, the phone remains silent when you receive a call.
Message alert tone: You can select the tone you hear when you receive a message. If you want
to select the tone from the ringing tone list, select Personal and the desired tone.
Keypad tones: You can select the volume for keypad tones.
Warning tones: You can set the phone to sound tones, for example, when the battery is running
out of power.
Vibrating alert: You can set the phone to vibrate when you receive a call or a message. If you
select Rhythm, the phone will vibrate in the rhythm of the selected ringing tone or message
alert tone. The vibrator does not operate when the phone is connected to a charger or a desktop
stand.
Rhythmic backlight alert: You can set the backlights of the phone to flash in the rhythm of the
selected ringing tone or message alert tone when you receive a call or a message.
Screen saver: You can select a picture or animation that is shown in standby mode after a
certain length of time. For more information, see Screen saver on page 68.
The use of an animation as a screen saver uses battery power, which reduces the operation time
of your phone.
Rename: You can edit the name of the profile. The General profile cannot be renamed.
