To access this menu: Press Menu in standby mode and select Downloads.
1. Select the items that you want to download. The phone tries to connect to the
WAP service using the active set of connection settings.
If the WAP connection fails and an error message such as Check service
settings is displayed, change the active set of connection settings in the
Services menu and enter this menu to try the connection again.
2. Once the connection is established, follow the instructions in the WAP service
to download the desired tone, game or picture.
The downloaded item is added to the appropriate menu. For example, a game is
added to the Games menu.
For the availability of different WAP services, pricing and tariffs, contact your
network operator and/or the WAP service provider.
■ Reminders (Menu 6)
You can save short reminder notes with an alarm.
To access this menu: Press Menu in standby mode and select Reminders.
Note: Your phone must be switched on to use this function. Do not switch the
phone on when wireless phone use is prohibited or when it may cause interference
or danger.
Scroll to one of the following functions and press Select:
• Add new: Write a reminder (see Writing text on page 28) and press OK. You can
add an alarm to the reminder if you like.
