Erasing names and phone numbers
Press Names in standby mode and select Erase. Select One by one to delete the names and numbers
one by one or Erase all to delete all the names and numbers from the phone book.
Copying names and phone numbers
Press Names in standby mode and select Copy. Press or to select the copying direction. Select
One by one to copy the names and phone numbers one at a time or All to copy them all at once. Select
whether you want to keep the original names and numbers (Keep original) or erase them (Move
original).
• If you selected One by one, scroll to the name you want to copy and press Copy.
• If you selected All, start the copying by pressing OK when Start copying? is displayed.
Assigning a ringing tone to a name and phone number
You can set the phone to play a specific ringing tone when you receive a call from a particular phone
number.
Press Names in standby mode and select Assign tone. Scroll to a name or phone number and press
Assign. Scroll to the ringing tone you want and press OK. Default is the ringing tone that you have
selected for the active profile in Profiles (Menu 3).
Assigning a phone number to a speed dialling key
You can set the keys to to work as speed dialling keys.
Press Names in standby mode and select Speed dials. Scroll to the key you want, press Assign and
select a name or phone number.
