When a website is displayed, there may be some soft keys or
navigation buttons displayed at the bottom of the screen.(OK,
Menu, Back, Mark, etc.). These buttons are mapped to the
application buttons on the front of the phone.(Address Book,
Date Book, To Do List, and Memo.)
Connecting to the Internet
You can connect to an Internet site in two different ways:
ᮣ Selecting the “Open URL” menu option.
ᮣ Using a Bookmark.
Connecting to a Website using the Open URL Command
1. In the Sprint PCS Wireless Web screen, tap the URL
icon
in the tool bar to display the Open URL dialog
box.
2. Enter the URL address of the desired website using Graffiti
or onscreen keyboard.
Note: Keep in mind that not all websites will load, they must
be wirelessly enabled. Javascript, images and frames are not
supported.
3. Tap “OK”. The Service Connection Progress screen is
displayed.
