286 Terms & Conditions/Warranty
You can avoid disruption in Services by keeping a positive
balance in your account. Even if your account balance
reaches $0, the Daily Service Charge continues to accrue for 45
consecutive days, causing your account balance to become
negative. After 45 consecutive days with a $0 or negative
balance, we will charge you a reconnection fee in addition to
the accrued Daily Service Charge to restore Services.
Sprint PCS Prepaid Service Plans
(Monthly Service Charge)
If your Sprint PCS Prepaid Service Plan has a Monthly Service
Charge, it is deducted from your prepaid account on the first
day of each month. This could bring our account balance to
$0 or below. You can avoid disruption in Services by adding
enough money to your account before the end of each month
to cover the Monthly Service Charge and keep a positive
balance in your account.
Sprint PCS Prepaid Service Plans
(No Monthly Service Charge)
If your Sprint PCS Prepaid Service Plan does not have a
Monthly Service Charge and you have not added money to
your account for 60 consecutive days, your account balance is
forfeited. If you add money to your prepaid account within the
60 day period, your prior account balance and the money
added are carried forward for another 60 consecutive days.
Prepaid Wireless Cards
Each Sprint PCS Prepaid Wireless Card has an expiration date
on it. If you purchase a Sprint PCS Prepaid Wireless Card and
have a Sprint PCS Prepaid Service Plan, you can only use the
card to add money to your prepaid account. The card must be
