Enabling and Disabling Data Services
You can disable data services, including Sprint Power
Vision, without turning off your phone; however, you will
not have access to all data services, including Web
and messaging. Disabling data services will avoid any
charges associated with these services. While signed
out, you can still place or receive phone calls, check
voicemail, and use other voice services. You may
enable data services again at any time.
To enable data services:
1. While in standby mode, select Main Menu > Settings
> More... > Data > On/Off. (A message appears.)
2. Select Connect to connect to the Internet during this
active session or
Always Auto-connect to maintain an
active connection to the Internet every time the
phone is powered on.
3. Select Yes on the “Enable Power Vision?” screen to
enable data services.
To disable data services:
1. While in standby mode, select Main Menu > Settings
> More... > Data > On/Off. (A message appears.)
2. Read the message and press Next (left softkey).
3. Select Disable Vision.
