4. PARAMETERS
• Set the minimum reading of the X-axis to 1µm.
Step 1 Turn the main power switch (rear panel) on while pressing the Load key, and
active the parameter setting mode.
If the parameter setting mode is already activated, this step can be omitted.
Step 2 Set Parameter 91 (Minimum reading).
Step 3 Set the setup data to 0 (1
µm).
Step 4 Press the Cancel key to exit from the parameter setting mode.
TIP
It is possible to set the minimum reading to 10µm by setting Parameter 91 to 3.
