5.1.3 Wrong key operation
Event Treatment
The buzzer sounds twice.
(Warning for invalid operation.)
Perform the operation again correctly.
Error when entering data with the ten-key. Cancel the operation using the Cancel key,
and enter the data again.

The power does
not go on.
• Poor power outlet connection.
• The power cord is broken.
Use a circuit tester to test the
power cord for conductivity.
If it is faulty, replace it.
The counter does
not count.
The counter is not in a
condition to count.
• The signal input connector of
the scale unit is not connected
properly.
Make sure the counter is in a
condition to count. If the
counter cannot count because
of the settings, press the
Cancel key to cancel operation.
• Make sure the signal input
connector of the scale unit is

There was a
miscount.
• The signal input connector of
the scale unit is not connected
properly.
The counter is not properly
grounded.
• The power supply voltage is
inadequate.
• There is noise.
• Make sure the signal input

• The scale unit is not installed in
the machine properly.
