To export a channel
You can export your channels to an OPML (Outline Processor Markup
Language) file. OPML is an XML-based format for describing outline-based
content. You may want to export your channels in order to import them into
an application on your Windows PC, or make a backup copy.
In the Channel List screen, tap Menu > Export
.

Enter a name for the file to export to and tap Save to export the channels.
Only channel data for the category you are viewing when you choose to
export are exported.
Note You can import this data back into RSS Hub using the Import from File option
when adding channels.
