Section 14: Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Services
This section explains the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi features available
with your Omnia II, as well as certain connection related details
necessary for configuring your phone to work with these
services.
Wireless Manager
The Wireless Manager widget provides a quick way to control
your phone’s wireless communications.
1. From the
Widget Bar
, choose
the
Wireless Manager
widget
.
2. Tap
Airplane Mode
to toggle
Airplane Mode. For more
information, refer to “Airplane
Mode” on page 10.
3. Tap
Phone
to toggle the phone
feature of your Omnia II. When
the Phone feature is Off, you
cannot receive calls or messages, but other features are
available. Tap
Settings
to launch Phone Settings.
4. Tap
Bluetooth
to toggle Bluetooth mode. Tap
Settings
to launch Bluetooth Settings.
5. Tap
Wi-Fi
to toggle Wi-Fi service. Tap
Settings
to
launch Wi-Fi Settings.
