Event List Options
While you are displaying the day’s events list, press Options (right
softkey) to access the following options:

Add Schedule to add an event to the calendar.
ⅷ
Add Call Alarm to add a call alarm to the calendar.
ⅷ
Add To Do to add a To Do item to the To Do List.
ⅷ
Schedule List to display the Schedule List on the calendar.
ⅷ
Call Alarm List to display the Call Alarm List on the calendar.
ⅷ
To Do List to display the To Do List on the calendar.
ⅷ
Edit to edit the event.
ⅷ
Set Cal. Secret to make an event secret.
ⅷ
Send Event to send the event via Bluetooth. (See page 136.)
ⅷ
Erase to erase the event.
ⅷ
Go to Date to jump to another date on the calendar.
ⅷ
View Memory to view the memory status saved in the
phone.
ⅷ
Erase Memory to erase memory saved in the phone.
ⅷ
Print to print the calendar events by using Bluetooth.
Erasing a Day’s Events
To erase a day’s scheduled events:
1. From the monthly calendar display, select the day for which
you would like to erase events and press .
2. Highlight an event and press Options(right softkey) > Erase.
3. Select an option and press :

This to erase the selected event.
Ⅲ
Select to check events and press Erase(left softkey).
Ⅲ
All on This List to erase all events on the list.
4. Select Yes to erase the event(s).
Tip: To erase completed events, from the monthly view, press Options
(right softkey), and then select To Do List and follow steps 2 - 4 above.
Note: The Erase function will not delete events that you have designated
as “secret.” (See “Event List Options” above.)
