Recording Your Name for a Pre-Recorded
Announcement
1. Select > Voice Memo > Screen Call > Announcement.
2. Highlight Pre-Recordedand press Edit (right softkey) >
Record Name.

If your name has already been recorded, select Yes or No
for overwriting.
3. Press to start the first recording. (The maximum recording
time is 12 seconds.)
4. Press to stop recording.
5. After the first recording, press again to start the second
recording.
6. Press to stop recording.
Recording a Customised Announcement
1. Select > Voice Memo > Screen Call > Announcement.
2. Highlight Customand press Edit (right softkey) > Record.

If your announcement has already been recorded, select
Yes or Nofor overwriting.
3. Press to start the first recording. (The maximum recording
time is 12 seconds.)
4. Press to stop recording.
5. After the first recording, press again to start the second
recording.
6. Press to stop recording.
Reviewing an Announcement
1. Select > Voice Memo > Screen Call > Announcement.
2. Highlight Pre-Recordedor Customand press Edit(right softkey) >
Play or Play:Speaker.
Erasing an Announcement
1. Select > Voice Memo > Screen Call > Announcement.
2. Highlight Pre-Recordedor Customand press Edit (right softkey).
3. Select Erase Name or Erase. (A confirmation will be displayed.)
4. Select Yes.
