To send a contact
1. Scroll to Phone book,
YES, Business cards, YES,
Send contact,
YES.
2. Enter the first letter of the contact and press
YES.
3. Select the contact you want to send,
YES.
4. Select a transfer method and press
YES.
5. Continue as described in “Sending Messages” on page 43,
“Sending and Receiving” on page 52 or “Connecting IR Devices”
on page 55.
To send the complete phone book, select Send all. You can send the
complete phone book using the infrared port or Bluetooth wireless
technology.
Tip: You can send business cards and contacts to a specific Bluetooth
printer and have them printed out.
Groups
You can create groups of contacts. In this way you can send a text
message to several recipients at the same time. See “Sending Messages”
on page 43.
To create a new group
1. Scroll to Phone book,
YES, Groups, YES.
2. Select Add group and press
YES.
3. Enter a name for the group and press
YES.
4. Scroll to Add member,
YES.
5. Enter the first letter of the contact you want to add. Press
YES.
If the contact shown is not the one you want, press
or
until you find the correct contact. Press
YES.
6. Select a number and press
YES.
7. To add the next member, scroll back to Add member and press
YES.
To add a new member to an existing group
1. Scroll to Phone book,
YES, Groups, YES.
2. Select the group that you want to edit and press
YES.
3. Scroll to Edit,
YES, Add member, YES. Continue the same way
as when you add a new member to a new group (see above).
To edit the name of a group
1. Scroll to Phone book,
YES, Groups, YES.
2. Select the group name that you want to edit and press
YES.
3. Select Edit group name and press
YES.
4. Enter the new name of the group and press
YES.
