84 Voice Control
To answer an incoming call using voice commands
When the phone rings, say Answer, or the alternative word you
recorded. Answer is played back to you and the call is connected.
To reject an incoming call using voice commands
When the phone rings, say Busy, or the alternative word you
recorded. Busy is played back to you and the call is rejected.
The caller hears a busy tone or if the call is diverted, the caller is
diverted to the specified number.
Changing Profiles
If you record voice commands for your profiles, you can change
profile with your voice.
To turn on and record profile commands
1. Scroll to Settings,
YES, Voice control, YES, Voice settings, YES,
Voice profiles,
YES.
2. Select On and press
YES.
3. Instructions appear. Press
YES.
4. Select a profile and press
YES.
5. Lift the phone to your ear, wait for the tone and say the profile
name. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to record voice commands for the
other profiles, you use.
To change a profile using voice commands
1. From standby, press and hold
YES until you hear a tone.
2. Release
YES, lift the phone to your ear and say the profile
command for the required profile. The profile command is played
back to you and the current profile is changed.
Recording Voice Memos
Instead of using the Extras menu, you can record voice commands
to start a voice memo recording or to listen to voice memos.
To turn on and record voice memo commands
1. Scroll to Settings,
YES, Voice control, YES, Voice settings, YES,
Voice memo,
YES.
2. Select On and press
YES.
3. Instructions appear. Press
YES.
4. Lift the phone to your ear, wait for the tone and say Record.
Press
YES if it sounds OK or NO to repeat the step.
5. After the next tone, say Play and press
YES to save your
recordings.
