158 Perceive Getting Started
Another example of collaboration is the Status view task on the Administration tab.
This task lets Administrators take the Perceive application offline to manage data
sources, and set a message for all users alerting them that the system is offline and
data sources are not available for viewing. Consumers and analysts can use these
messages to determine whether administrative work is occurring, and what options
are available to them when they access the system.
