Compass Page Options Menu
The Options Menu on the Compass Page allows you to customize the Compass Page to your prefer-
ences in both Marine and Automotive modes. Like the Map Page, the Compass Page features user-
selectable data fi elds on the right side of the display. Each data fi eld may be confi gured to display any
one of several data options, and the data window layout may be customized to change the actual size of
the data displayed.
To display the Compass Page Options Menu:
1. Press PAGE repeatedly until the Compass Page is displayed.
2. Press
MENU.
To select a menu option:
1. Use the ARROW KEYPAD to highlight the option.
2. Press
ENTER/MARK.
The options available on the Compass Page Options Menu are:
Show Course Pointer/Show Compass – ( Marine Mode only) displays the Course Pointer, which shows
how far off you are from your desired course and how to get back on course. Also referred to as a CDI,
Course Deviation Indicator.
Show/Hide Bug Indicator – (Marine Mode only) toggles between showing and hiding the bearing bug
indicator (the small purple tick mark on the compass ring).
Set Up Page Layout – allows you to choose the size of text and number of data fi elds.
Change Data Fields – allows you to specify the type of data displayed in each data fi eld on the page.
