Blink 4
Green Yellow Red
Meaning
Card has detected a
ring and received
an incoming call.
Has not necessarily
actually connected.
Card is
operational,
but has never
detected a
ring or
received an
incoming
call.
Switch Card has
received two or more
abnormal
disconnects.
With the Switch
Management
Interface, check the
Abnormal call
disconnects Status
box at the bottom of
the Status tab. (It
provides information
and User ID’s
associated with the
abnormal
disconnects.)
Action
None Try to simply
call the
phone
number of
the analog
line
connected to
the Switch
Card.
Once the card
detects a
ring, the light
should start
blinking
green.
Open the Switch
Management
Interface and check
for the following:
Check for excessive
error codes on the
Statistics tab.
Check the Abnormal
call disconnects
Status box at the
bottom of the Status
tab for the reasons
and user ID’s
associated with the
abnormal
disconnects.
