Supported File Formats
High-quality digital media les can require a large amount
of storage space. To minimize le size, digital media les
are often compressed by using software called a codec
(“compressor/decompressor”). To play the le, it must be
decompressed using the same codec that compressed the
le. To see which codecs a le uses, select it and then select
Properties from the menu.
