Creating a SIM contact
Contacts can be created and stored on a subscriber
identity module (SIM.) If you move the SIM to
another phone, your SIM contacts are moved as
well.
1. From the Home screen, select Start >
Contacts > Menu > New SIM Contact.
2. Enter the contact's information.
3. Select Done.
Viewing and editing a contact
1. From the Home screen, select Start >
Contacts.
2. Select the contact.
3. To edit the contact, select Menu > Edit.
4. Select Done.
Deleting a contact
1. From the Home screen, select Start >
Contacts.
2. Scroll to the contact.
3. Select Menu > Delete Contact.
Adding a picture to a contact
1. From the Home screen, select Start >
Contacts.
2. Select the contact.
3. Select Menu > Edit > Picture.
4. Either select the picture you want to add, or
select Camera and take a picture.
5. Select Done.
Removing a picture from a contact
1. From the Home screen, select Start >
Contacts.
2. Select the contact.
3. Select Menu > Edit > Menu > Remove
Picture.
4. Select Yes on the Confirm screen.
Assigning a ring tone to a contact
To easily identify who is calling you by the ring tone,
you can assign a custom ring tone to each contact.
1. From the Home screen, select Start >
Contacts.
2. Select the contact.
TIP: To save an existing contact to your SIM,
select the contact and select Menu > Save to
SIM.
