Making a conference call
Up to six persons can take part in a con-
ference call (network service).
1Make a call to the first participant of
the call.
2Call the second participant (see step 1 in
“Making a new call during a call” above).
3Join the first participant in the call:
Press Options, scroll to Confer-
ence, and press Select.
4To add a new person to the call, follow
steps 2 and 3 above. Repeat this oper-
ation, if necessary.
5To have a private conversation with
one of the participants:
• Press Options, scroll to Pri-
vate, and press Select.
• Scroll to the desired call participant
and press OK.
The other participants can continue
to converse with each other.
• Once you have finished the private
conversation, return to the confer-
ence call as described in step 3.
6To drop a single participant from the call:
• Press Options, scroll to Private,
and press Select. Select the person
that you want to drop and press OK.
• Press .
Or: Press Options, scroll to End
this call, and press Select.
• Press Unhold or .
Or: Press Options, scroll to Un-
hold, and press Select.
7To end the conference call, press :
Or: Press Options, scroll to End
all calls, and press Select.
Answering a new call during
a call
When the “Call waiting options” function
is set on (see page 44), the phone notifies
you of a new incoming call.
1Press Answer or .
Or: Press Options, scroll with or
to Answer, and press Select.
In a call list, a waiting call is indicated
with .
To reject the new call:
Press Options, scroll to Reject,
and press Select.
2To switch between the two calls,
press Swap or .
Or: Press Options, scroll to Swap,
and press Select.
3To end the active call, press .
Or: Press Options, scroll to End
this call, and press Select.
The held call becomes active.
Transferring a call
When you have one call active and the
other on hold, you can connect the two
calls and disconnect yourself from the call
(network service).
Press Options, scroll with or to
Transfer, and press Select.
