Setting a tone alert for any note
You can set the phone to sound a
tone in anticipation for a note: Press
Yes, key in the alarm date and
press OK. Repeat this with the alarm
time. The presence of a tone alert is
indicated by when you view the
notes.
Erase notes
Allows you to delete the selected
note(s). Scroll to one of the displayed
options and press OK. If you selected
Of chosen day or One by one,
select the desired note and press Erase.
If you selected All at once, press
Yes to delete all the notes.
View all
Shows notes set for all days. Use or
to browse through the note(s).
Pressing Options allows access to
the same functions as in “View day”.
Scroll to the desired function and press
OK.
Go to date
Allows you to jump to the desired date.
Key in the date and press OK.
Set the date
Allows you to change the current date.
Key in the new date and press OK.
Print via IR
Allows you to print all notes via the
phone’s infrared port to a compatible
printer.
When the phone alarms for a note
The phone flashes its lights, beeps, and
displays the note.
With a Call note on the display, you can
call the displayed number by pressing
.
If the phone was set to sound a tone alert,
pressing Postpone suspends the alert
for 10 minutes. Pressing this key again
postpones the alarm for another 10 min-
utes. To stop the alarm, press or OK.

OTE: If the battery is removed from the
phone for a longer time, you may need to
set the time again.
Infrared
(Menu 9)
Within this menu you
can set your phone to
receive data through its infrared (IR) port.
The phone is a Class 1 Laser Product.
To enter this menu:
Press Menu, scroll with or to
Infrared, and press Select.

OTE:
The preferable distance between the
two devices in infrared connection
is one meter at most.
There must be no obstructions
between the two devices.
The IR ports of the two devices have
to be pointing at each other.
