Keying in a Phone
Number
When you are asked for a phone number
in Phone book’s “Add entry” function or in
any other function:
1Key in the digits of the phone number.
2If you make a mistake, you can remove
digits to the left by pressing Clear as
many times as needed.

Storing a Phone
Number with a Name
(Add entry)
You can store phone numbers with associ-
ated names in the internal or SIM Phone
book.
1With the display clear, press Names.
2Scroll with or to Add entry
and press Select.
3Key in a name and press OK.
4Key in an area code and phone number,
and press OK.
If you want to use the phone number
when abroad, add a + character
(press twice) and country code
in front of the area code and phone
number.
TIP: Quick storing
1With the display clear, key in the de-
sired phone number and press Save.
2Key in the associated name and press
OK.
