Copying a name and phone number to
your phone
To copy names and phone number from
another similar phone, you need to first
set your phone to receive data through its
IR port by entering the Infrared menu
(Menu 9). Then, the user of the other
phone sends a name and phone number
(“business card”) as described above.
Once the name and phone number are
copied, scroll to Show, Save or Dis-
card, and press OK.
Printing via IR
You can print names and phone numbers
from Phone book to a compatible printer
via the phone’s infrared (IR) port.
1Recall the name and phone number
that you want to print (see page 22).
2Once you are in the Details of the
given name or phone number: Press
Options, scroll with or to
Print via IR, and press Select.
Editing a name and phone
number stored in Phone
book
1Recall the name or phone number that
you want to edit (see page 22).
2Once you are in the Details of the
given name or phone number: Press
or for the phone number or name,
press Options, scroll to Edit and
press Select.
3Edit the phone number (see page 21) or
name (see page 20) and press OK.
4If you edited the name, scroll to Re-
place (replaces original name) or
Create entry and press Select.
Selecting a Phone book
(Memory in use)
You can store names and phone numbers
in the internal or SIM Phone book.
To select a Phone book for use:
1With the display clear, press Names.
2Scroll with or to Options and
press Select.
3Scroll to Memory in use and press
Select.
4Scroll to SIM card or Phone and
press OK.

OTE: After the SIM card is changed, the
SIM Phone book is automatically selected.
Setting the view for stored
names and phone numbers
(Type of view)
The phone can show the stored phone
numbers and names in three different
ways (‘views’).
To select a view:
1With the display clear, press Names.
