GPRS
Disconnect when idle for: - Select the time period after
which the GPRS connection is set to standby mode, if the
connection is not used.
GPRS connection: - Select When available to keep the GPRS
connection in alert mode and to switch the packet data
transfer on quickly when needed. If you select When
needed, the smartphone will use a GPRS connection only if
you start an application or action that needs it. Note that
if there is no GPRS coverage and you have chosen the
When available option, the smartphone will periodically try
to establish a GPRS connection.
The GPRS settings affect all access points using a GPRS
connection.
Memory
Go to Desk > Control panel > Memory.
Here you can view the amount of free memory and the
memory consumption of different items on your
smartphone and memory card.
Tip: To avoid smartphone memory getting low, you
should regularly delete or transfer data to a memory
card or PC.

My view settings
Go to Desk > Control panel > My view settings.
Normally you tap the key or tap icon to return to
Desk. With My view settings you can set your smartphone
so that alternate taps of open either Desk or your
favourite application
To select the application that opens when you press
the Desk key in Desk, tap , and select the
application from the list.
Pen input settings
Go to Desk > Control panel > Pen input settings.

Positioning settings
Go to Desk > Control panel > Positioning settings.
Some networks allow others to request the position of
your smartphone (network service). You can only use this
service and settings if you install applications that support
this service.
