Editing CD track information
You can edit track titles in the CD Player window. The new
titles are used as file names whenever you save the tracks.
If you have already saved the track, add this track to the
Music Studio, and edit the title there.
To change the title of a CD track, do one of the
following:
• Double-click a track title, and enter the new title name.
• Right-click a track title, and select Modify title from the
pop-up menu.
Finding tracks on the hard disk
You can scan your hard disks and CD drives for supported
music files and import them into the Music Studio.
1 Click File > Search. The Search disks for music dialog box
appears.
2 Click Browse... to select a drive and folder you want to
scan for tracks.
3 Select the file type to search for: .mp3, .mp4, or .aac
audio files or .m3u playlist files.
4 Click Start search. Tracks are automatically added to the
Music Studio window.
5 Click Cancel or search another drive or folder.
Adding tracks to the Music
Studio
You must add tracks to the Music Studio window before
you can work with them. Adding a music track to the
Music Studio does not automatically add it to a playlist.
To add music tracks to the Music Studio, do one of
the following:
•In the Music Studio window, click Add. Browse your
Windows folders for music files supported by Nokia
Audio Manager. Double-click a file or highlight files,
and select Open.
•Click File > Search. Set the search criteria, and select
Start search. Tracks and playlists are automatically
added to the Music Studio.
• From Windows Explorer, drag Nokia Audio Manager
supported files onto the Music Studio window.
Nokia Audio Manager automatically loads music tracks to
the Music Studio window after you save the tracks from a
CD into a folder on the PC. If you want to deselect this
option, select Options > Preferences > Miscellaneous, and
clear Add saved tracks to Music Studio automatically.
