Settings
1. Highlight and press > Settings >
Reset/Delete.
2. Enter your lock code.
3. Highlight Reset Settings and press .
4.
Press RESET (left softkey) to reset the phone’s
settings.
Resetting Your Phone
Resetting the phone restores all of the factory defaults,
including the ringer types and display settings and
deletes all content stored on the phone.
1. Highlight and press > Settings >
Reset/Delete and enter your lock code.
2. Enter your new lock code.
3. Highlight Reset Phone and press .
4.
Press RESET (left softkey) to restore your phone to
its factory default state.
Security Features for Data Services
Enabling and Disabling Data Services
You can disable data services without turning off your
phone; however, you will not have access to all data
services, including Web and messaging. Disabling
data services will avoid any charges associated with
these services. While signed out, you can still place or
receive phone calls, check voicemail, and use other
voice services. You may enable data services again at
any time.
To disable data services:
1. Highlight and press > Settings > Others >
Data > On/Off. (You will see a message.)
2. Select NEXT (left softkey) > Disable Sprint Data
Services to confirm that you want to sign out and
deactivate data.
To enable data services:
1. Highlight and press > Settings > Others >
Data > Off. (A message is displayed.)
2. Highlight Connect > Yes and press to enable
data services.
Note: If Parental Control has been enabled, this code will also
need to be entered before continuing.
