Notes
With Notes, you can quickly capture ideas,
questions, reminders, to-do lists and meeting notes
by writing, typing or recording your voice in a note.
This is especially useful when you don’t have a pen
and paper to hand.
For further details of Notes, refer to Drawing and
writing on the screen in Text input.
Creating a note
To create a note:
1. From the Today screen, tap Start > Programs.
2. Tap Notes.
3. Tap New.
4. Change the input method if required. Refer to
Input methods in Text input for further details.
5. Enter the note using your selected input
method.
6. Tap ok when you have finished.
Viewing or playing a note
To view a or play a note:
1. From the Today screen, tap Start > Programs.
2. Tap Notes.
3. Tap the note to view or play.
NOTE: To record a voice note, use the
recording toolbar.
If this bar is not displayed, tap Menu > View
Recording Toolbar.
