Windows Update
You can use Windows Update to update the
Microsoft applications on your Toshiba phone.
Setting up Windows Update
To set up Windows Update:
1. From the Today screen, tap Start > Settings.
2. Tap the System tab.
3. Tap Windows Update.
4. Tap Next.
5. Select one of the following options:
• Automatic - your Toshiba phone will
automatically check for and download
important updates.
• Manual - you will need to manually download
and install important and optional updates.
6. Tap Next.
7. Tap Finish.
Checking for updates
To check for updates:
1. From the Today screen, tap Start > Settings.
2. Tap the System tab.
3. Tap Windows Update.
4. Tap Check Now.
Connections
For details of the Connections settings, refer to the
Connectivity section.
NOTE: Your Toshiba phone will need to
connect to the update server to check for
updates. Refer to Internet connections in
Connectivity for details of setting up the
connection.
