Changing the default reminder time
By default, the reminder time is set to 15 minutes
before an appointment.
To change the default reminder time:
1. From the Today screen, tap Start > Calendar.
2. Tap Menu > Tools > Options...
3. Tap the Appointments tab.
4. Make sure that the Set reminders for new
items checkbox is ticked, then change the
reminder time.
5. Tap ok.
Deleting an appointment
To delete an appointment:
1. From the Today screen, tap Start > Calendar.
2. Tap the required appointment.
3. Tap Menu > Delete.
4. If the appointment is recurring, tap All to delete
all occurrences, or tap One to delete only the
next occurrence.
Changing the work week display
To change the work week display:
1. From the Today screen, tap Start > Calendar.
2. Tap Menu > Tools > Options...
3. On the General tab, set the following as
required:
•In the 1st day of week: field, select Sunday
or Monday as required.
•In the Week view: field, select 5-day week,
6-day week or 7-day week as required.
4. Tap ok when you have finished.
Viewing today's agenda
To view today’s agenda:
•From the Today screen, tap Start > Calendar >
Menu > Go to Today
or
•From Day, Week, Month or Year view, tap
Menu > View > Agenda or Agenda.
NOTE: If an appointment that has been
synchronised with your PC is deleted, it will
be deleted on the PC the next time you
synchronise.

TIP: To view past or future dates, press the
left and right navigation keys.
