AC charger not connected Ensure that the AC charger is connected to the
phone and to a working AC outlet.
Connectors are dirty Clean the connectors of the AC charger and
battery.
Battery has worn out Replace the battery.
Battery or AC charger is damaged Replace the battery or charger. Contact your
dealer for assistance.
Battery loses
power quickly
Backlight and Power settings need
