10.5 Communication Example
Call the coast station following the procedure in section 10.2. Then, communicate with
the coast station. Below is a communication example.

If this is your first
communications with a
particular coast station,
the coast station asks

name, call sign and

registers you with the
coast station.
Thereafter, if your
answerback code is
correct, automatic
transmission is possible.
