System Action: AR/CTL abnormally terminates the task with abend U1771 and
reason code X’00074113’.
User Response: Review the merged options in the AR/CTL directory (listed under
ddname ARCPRINT). Determine whether the following items about the exclude list
data set are true:
• The data set name specified in the Exclude List DSN option is correct.
• The data set is defined.
• It is cataloged.
• It has a data set organization of physical sequential.
• It has a record format of fixed-length or fixed-length blocked.
• It has a logical record length greater than 26 bytes.
Supply the name of a valid exclude list data set with the Exclude List DSN option.
BMC74114E USE PREVIOUS JOB NAME INDICATOR (value, level) AND USE
PREVIOUS STEP NAME OR APPLICATION PROGRAM NAME
