pacing task has terminated with the given system completion code (sss) and user
completion code (uuu). The accompanying message BMC74140E displays the
system diagnostic work area.
System Action: AR/CTL also issues message BMC74140E for each four fullwords
of the system diagnostic work area. Processing continues, but AR/CTL bypasses the
checks on the maximum checkpoint interval during the remainder of this execution.
Other checkpoint pacing functions are not affected by this error.
