Explanation: Module ARVRFSC0 of APPLICATION RESTART CONTROL
(AR/CTL) for VSAM has detected that the identified file (ddname) in the identified
CICS (applid) is not in an enabled state in CICS. The file is ignored for file sharing.
System Action: Processing continues.
User Response: No action is required if the file is supposed to be disabled. If the
file should take part in file sharing, set the file to an enabled state in CICS.
