Explanation: The Application Enhancement Solutions (AES) subsystem product
block (SPB) was not found. AES, APPLICATION RESTART CONTROL
(AR/CTL), and BATCH CONTROL FACILITY (BCF) will not be initialized.
System Action: AES attempts to execute IMS without AR/CTL and BCF.

or both products are required to provide services for the application program,
determine the cause of the problem, correct it, and resubmit the job step. If you

suspend-and-resume interface with the indicated product (as identified by the
3-character product code) has performed the indicated action on the application
program execution. The execution is identified by the IMSID or ARCID, the job
name, the job step name, the procedure step name, the program name, and the
program specification block (PSB) name or application specification block (ASB)
name.
