• The licensed processor may have more internal CPUs than are licensed.
• The product license may have expired.
• The product authorization data set containing the required password is not the
same data set that is identified with the AESPAUTH DD statement in the startup
JCL for the BMC Software Consolidated Subsystem (BCSS).
