Verify that the APPLID of the CICS that owns the file is in the CICS APPLID
table (ARVRAPID).
If the CICS that owns the file is not active and you do not require the execution
to use the VSAM File Sharing Only option, you can set the File Sharing Only
option to N. If you are using a specific FCB, you can set the access level to 2.
Verify that the VSAM file control table (ARVFCTAB) data set used in the file
sharing job is the same one used in CICS. If you did not supply an ARVFCTAB
DD statement in the batch job, verify that the subsystem you are using has the
correct ARVFCTAB data set specified in the ARVFCTAB dynamic allocation
record in the REGISET.
If you are operating in a SYSPLEX environment, verify that the ARVFCTAB
DD statement is included in the CICS startup JCL.
If you are not using the automatic application specification block (ASB), specify
the CICS APPLID and the file ID in the specific FCB.
