This section provides information on using the
Browser, and other Internet-based applications
on your device.
Note:
Wi-Fi connections must be enabled first
to use these applications. See “Use Wi-Fi” on
page 53.
Browser
Use
Browser
to surf the Internet on your
device.
Launch Browser
Do one of the following:
•Touch

• Touch a web link in an email message or a
text message.
Open Web Pages
1. Launch Browser.
2. Touch the web address field and type the
web
page address you want to open. As you
type, matching web page addresses are
displayed on screen. Touch an address to go
directly to the web page or continue typing
the web page address.

Set Your Home Page
1. Launch Browser.
2. Touch
Menu > More > Settings > Set
home page
.
3. Enter the web page address that you want
to set as your hom
e page, or touch
Use
current page
to set the currently displayed
page as your home page.
4. Touch

Bookmark a Page
1. Launch Browser.
2. Go to the web page that you want to
book
mark.
3. Touch
Menu > Bookmarks
.
4. On the
Bookmarks
tab, touch
Add
bookmark...
or
Add
.
5. Edit the bookmark
Name
if necessary, then
touch
OK
.
