2. Press Options and select Delete entry > Before date to delete entries before
your specified date, or All entries.
CALENDAR SETTINGS
From Organiser menu:
1. Open Calendar.
2. Press Options and select Settings. Open each option:
SEND CALENDAR NOTES
Before a Calendar event can be sent by Messaging or to another device, it is
converted to an electronic scheduling exchange format known as vCalendar.
1. From an open Calendar event in Day view, press Options and select Create
message
> Via SMS, Via MMS, Via Email, Via Bluetooth or Via Infrared.
2. To complete SMS messages, see page 49; or MMS messages on page 49; or
Email messages on page 50; or Bluetooth

on page 120; or Infrared on page 118.
ALARM CLOCK
Choose a digital or analogue clock to appear in standby mode. Set alarm clock and
alarm tone to remind you of events. If the phone is off when alarm time is reached, the
phone switches on and the alarm tone sounds.
SET TIME AND DATE
From Organiser menu:
1. Open Alarm.
2. Press Options and select Settings.
3. Scroll to the desired setting and open; or press Options and select Change:
Calendar alarm tone Scroll to select desired tone (after a brief pause tone will play).
Default view Select Month view, Week view, or Day view.
Week begins on Choose starting day of the week.
Week view title Choose Week number of the year (e.g. Week 12) or Week dates
(e.g. 20.03.05-26.03.05).
Note: Week view title setting is available only if Week begins on is set to Monday. Week
numbers are shown in layouts only if Week begins on is set to Monday.
Note: Email option will appear once you set up an Email Inbox in Messages menu.
Time Either type in numbers or scroll to enter time. Scroll to move
among fields.
