Music Player
The Music Player allows you to play music files stored on the phone.
Important!:
You must create and organize your playlist before you get started. The following characters cannot be used in the filename:

When you first view the application, the Music library screen displays the following:

Current playlist
•
All tracks
•
Playlist
•
Recently played
•
Albums
•
Artists
•
Composers
•
Recently added
•

From the initial screen you can either access the current playlist, all the music tracks on the phone, or a list of
artists simply by pressing the key then touching one of the categories. You can also configure your settings
for the music player from this screen.
Music Player Settings
The Music Player Settings menu allows you to set preferences for the music player such as whether you want the
music to play in the background, sound effects, and how the music menu displays.
1. From the Home screen, open the widget tray and touch the
Music Player
widget.
2. Touch the key to display the Music library screen.
3. Press the key and touch
Settings
.
4. Touch the
Background playing
drop-down menu and select
On
to activate music playing in the background or
Off
to disable the feature, then touch
Save
to save the selection.
